Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager focused on data products to drive strategy and roadmap. You will lead 0-to-1 discovery, coordinate with business units, and translate insights into actionable features leveraging AI/ML capabilities.

You will oversee data migration tooling, work with data scientists and engineers, measure KPIs, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related analytical field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in product management with a focus on data products, discovery, and 0-to-1 product delivery.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of data technologies, AI/ML tooling, and data migration frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Define data product strategy and vision aligned with goals.
• Develop a data product roadmap evolving with user needs (0-1 to scale).
• Identify opportunities through research and emerging tech assessment.
• Lead 0-to-1 ideation with stakeholders and craft business cases.
• Conduct user interviews and create mockups/prototypes for testing.
• Architect AI-enabled prototypes and integrate ML/LLM components as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering for data migration pipelines (Databricks, AWS Glue).
• Prioritize features by business impact and feasibility.
• Engage stakeholders, provide training, and communicate progress.
• Define KPIs and prepare reports to show ROI and outcomes.
