YipitData is looking for a Data Product Analyst to join our Retail team. You’ll own high-impact data deliverables, design QA processes, and translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.

This role emphasizes data quality, collaborative problem-solving, and clear communication with cross-functional partners. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in data analytics or related fields, with strong SQL, Python, and Pyspark skills, plus mentoring experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and data tooling to transform large datasets.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex data concepts to clients and teammates.
• Experience mentoring peers and influencing data best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ramp up quickly to become the primary owner of high-impact data deliverables.
• Design, maintain, and run comprehensive QA processes for data accuracy.
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Independently investigate and resolve complex data quality issues.
• Collaborate with Insights and Engineering to improve data workflows.
• Mentor peers and raise the data quality bar across the team.
