Altera in San Jose, CA is seeking a Data Product Analyst to own the data layer behind our analytics and AI-assisted workflows. You will ensure data is accurate, well-defined, and reliable in real usage, coordinating with design, PM, and engineering to align data readiness with product intent.

You translate requirements into data specs, identify gaps, validate performance, and deliver clear analyses for leadership.

Competenze

2+ years of data analytics, BI, or data operations experience.
Experience communicating data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with multiple data sources and data relationships.

Mansioni

Own the data product backlog: prioritize sources, define readiness, and remove blockers to deliver usable data.
Translate design and workflow needs into precise data requirements (fields, granularity, definitions, acceptance criteria).
Build understanding of data structures across sources, including edge cases and limitations.
Ensure data accuracy: identify gaps, resolve inconsistencies, and enforce shared definitions.
Validate data performance in practice to support decisions at scale.
Deliver clear analysis and narratives for Program Management and leadership.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis while maintaining human validation.
