Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge is seeking a Data Product Analyst to turn millions of data points into models and actionable insights that drive product improvements, acquisition efficiency, retention, and operating efficiency across production and logistics.

You will coordinate data analytics projects, collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business teams, and help enforce data quality while translating complex inputs into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data product coordination, analytics operations or a related project execution role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting or coordinating data or analytics projects.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau.
• Familiarity with using AI Tools in day-to-day workflow.
• Understanding of A/B testing and experimental design.
• Process-oriented mindset bringing structure and follow-through to complex initiatives.
• Curiosity, humility, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Execute data and analytics projects based on defined requirements and priorities by the Data team.
• Coordinate with analytics, engineering, and business partners to gather requirements and ensure smooth handoff between teams.
• Support data governance by enforcing data quality standards and documentation ownership.
• Translate technical inputs into clear communication for non-technical partners.
• Manage project timelines, blockers, and communications across multiple initiatives.
• Assist with A/B tests and experiments by supporting setup, tracking, and documentation.
• Document data processes, definitions, and learnings to build transparency and self-service capabilities.
• Provide input on the data roadmap, tools and infrastructure needs based on project execution experience.
