Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Product Analyst to join a growing Data & Analytics team focused on data products and analytics capabilities that drive business outcomes. The role emphasizes data mapping, data design, requirements gathering, and collaboration with data engineers to deliver scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL, experience with data modeling or ETL concepts, and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Product/Business/Data Analyst role.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with data mapping, modeling or design.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines and engineering concepts.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred).
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including product owners and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; exposure to AWS cloud analytics.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses; familiarity with modern analytics architectures.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or data products.

Insight Global is looking for a Data Product Analyst to join a growing Data & Analytics organization focused on delivering data products and analytical capabilities that drive business outcomes, with a strong emphasis on data mapping, data design, This role sits at the intersection of business stakeholders, product teams, and data engineering, translating business needs into scalable data solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to gather requirements, design data structures, and partner closely with engineers to ensure the successful delivery of data products. While candidates may come from either a data platform background or an analytics-focused background, the ability to perform data mapping and data design is essential.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience performing data analysis and validation.
• Experience with data mapping, data modeling, or data design.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data engineering concepts.
• Experience working with modern cloud data platforms (AWS preferred).
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with AWS services or cloud-based analytics ecosystems.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe Agile environments.
• Familiarity with commercial analytics, sales reporting, healthcare, MedTech, or Life Sciences data.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, reporting, or data products.
