Edcor Data Services in Troy, Michigan, is seeking Data Processing team members to accurately enter customer data into our reimbursement system. We offer full-time (40 hours) and flexible part-time (20 hours) positions with excellent benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior data entry or claims processing experience preferable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Verify data from Clients employees for tuition assistance requests.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including KPI and SLA.
• Process and complete requests accurately on first receipt.
• Work efficiently and independently.
• Adhere to established quality standards.
• Assume or assist with other tasks as needed.
