Data Processing & Operations Manager (Pharma Industry) – Remote – BB360631637
Duration: 3+ Months
Responsibilities
- Data Onboarding
- Lead onboarding of data integrations across multiple brands and data partners.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to define functional requirements and operationalize data feeds.
- Prioritize integration timelines and identify resourcing needs in alignment with OC/CI&A leads.
- Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and deployment with Data Engineering (DE) and business stakeholders.
Database Integration- Support development and implementation of analytical data layers within enterprise data platforms.
- Review data models, guide on functional requirements and data governance.
- Plan projects, identify resource needs, and coordinate UAT and data gap resolution.
Operations- Manage daily production activities, including file loads, scheduling, and QC validation.
- Maintain vendor communication and ensure timely resolution of data issues.
- Coordinate with DE/Platform teams for technical support and environment upgrades.
- Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.
Data Quality- Define test scenarios for new integrations and ongoing quality checks.
- Review validation results and escalate issues as needed.
Data Inquiry & Analysis- Guide business analysts on data inquiries and issue resolution.
- Support interpretation of promotional and omnichannel data for analytics.
Project Delivery- Manage data deliveries for Marketing Mix Analysis and promotional targeting exercises.
- Facilitate project planning, data requirement gathering, and review meetings.
- Support development of dashboards in platforms like BI360.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Project Management: Planning, prioritization, and coordination skills across stakeholders.
- Data Integration: Experience onboarding and managing external data feeds.
- Technical Coordination: Working with data engineering on automation, ingestion, and platform upgrades.
- Quality Assurance: Data validation, QC processes, and issue resolution skills.
- Communication: Effective communication with vendors and teams; managing meetings.
- Analytical Thinking: Interpreting complex data structures and translating business needs.
- Promotional Data Expertise: Understanding promotional data sources and their role in analytics.
- Automation & Scripting: Familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Tools & Platforms: Experience with CoDaP, BI360, CRM/email platforms, AWS, Oracle, Tableau, Veeva, IQVIA, and Symphony Health.
