Responsibilities

• Manage data entry on a day-to-day basis.
• Receive and process invoices for payment and update details.
• Reconcile bill of lading and other shipping documents to the data system.
• Communicate with third-party vendors and Company personnel.
• Assist the manager and staff with clerical tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
