Verian is seeking a Data processing analyst for a fully remote EU-based role on a 12‑month contract, with extension potential. You will contribute to large-scale survey programmes, learning Python, R, and AI-assisted techniques alongside engineers and senior analysts.

Key activities include data processing, validation, QA, producing datasets and codeframes, and supporting statistical analyses under guidance. English proficiency required.

Competenze

• Strong numerical and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in a data, analysis or research-related role, or strong quantitative background.
• Good command of Excel and general data handling.
• Willingness to learn Python and/or R; some exposure is a plus, but we will teach you.
• Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support processing, validation and QA of survey data across the project lifecycle.
• Produce standard deliverables: datasets, data tables, codeframes and documentation.
• Support weighting, significance testing and statistical analyses under guidance.
• Learn and apply Python, R and automated processing techniques to reduce manual effort.
• Use AI-assisted tools for coding, QA and documentation.
• Help develop and improve automated processing workflows alongside existing tools.
