Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BPM, data modeling, and performance measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation projects from start to finish.
• Analyze data flows across systems to identify inefficiencies.
• Guide initiatives from requirements analysis through implementation.
• Advise clients on best practices in process design and digital transformation.
