BCG Attorney Search seeks a Data Privacy Associate to support its growing privacy and security practice, with preference for candidates in Charlotte, NC or Greenville, SC. You will advise on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and data governance in transactional and regulatory settings.

Backed by a strong team, you’ll draft and negotiate privacy provisions in commercial agreements, handle technology contracts, and help advance privacy programs while monitoring evolving laws.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Interest or experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, or technology transactions.
• Experience with commercial contracts and privacy compliance issues.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate data privacy and security provisions in commercial agreements.
• Work on vendor, SaaS, licensing, and other technology-related contracts.
• Advise on privacy compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Support development of privacy programs and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on transactional privacy matters.
• Monitor developments in data privacy laws and regulations.
