Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to bolster our data protection, privacy, and governance programs. You will monitor security controls, investigate data incidents, and collaborate with Legal, HR, and IT to safeguard sensitive information and support regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cybersecurity or privacy, familiarity with DLP, risk assessments, and privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience with security monitoring, DLP, endpoint security, investigations, or risk assessment activities.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: Security+, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CISSP, CRISC, or similar certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate alerts from data protection and security tools (DLP, endpoint, SaaS).
• Analyze user and data activity to identify unusual behavior and risk.
• Support investigations by gathering logs, evidence, and contextual information.
• Develop and refine DLP policies and detection rules; reduce false positives.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, and other stakeholders on sensitive data protection matters.
