Job summary

Delta-Denta is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst to help ensure client and regulatory requirements are met while identifying and managing IT risks. You will collaborate across Legal, Privacy, and Compliance, support audits, and drive policy development aligned with industry standards.

Ideal candidates will have healthcare/financial services exposure, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience across IT security domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or other relevant discipline strongly preferred.
3+ years of experience in IT security or consulting.
Experience reviewing security questionnaires.
Experience reviewing SOC 2, PCI, ISO reports.
Experience working cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
Practical experience in application security, threat and vulnerability management, IAM, and incident response preferred.
Experience performing vendor security due diligence.
Knowledge of NIST, CIS, ISO 27000/31000, and OWASP.
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, M365) knowledge a plus.
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to monitor client and regulatory requirement changes.
Lead risk assessments and vendor risk programs.
Conduct IT audits and coordinate user entitlement reviews.
Support incident response and security operations.
Generate metrics and reports for management review.
