Job summary

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating tech agreements, advising on privacy programs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Incidence response support and regulatory reporting are also included.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 5-7 years of substantive experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, technology transactions, or information governance at a law firm or in-house.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements and advising on privacy compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial agreements.
• Support incident response matters, including breach investigation, notification, and regulatory reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with corporate, IP, and litigation colleagues to deliver integrated client solutions.
