Acloché LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team in Palo Alto/Austin. You will handle privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters in corporate and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets work.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active CA or TX bar admission, and 1–3 years of related experience. We value strong drafting, client-management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Texas or California, in good standing.
1–3 years of privacy, data processing, cybersecurity, and transactional experience.

Responsibilities

Advise on privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity in M&A and other deals.
Conduct privacy and cybersecurity due diligence for corporate transactions.
Draft and negotiate transaction-related privacy and data protection provisions.
