Confidential search on behalf of a well-regarded boutique firm known for sophisticated transactional and advisory work. This is a practice group with real depth — strong client base, substantive matters, and the kind of direct access and development opportunities that larger firms rarely offer at this level.
Looking for 5-7+ years in data privacy and cybersecurity. Background in technology transactions, software licensing, fintech, or healthtech is a plus. Compensation is highly competitive with meaningful guaranteed and performance-based components.
