Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of legal practice with a focus on data privacy law.
• Experience with Software licensing or other SaaS related contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial contracts used for SaaS, data processing, IP licensing, and M&A.
• Collaborate with clients across Software/SaaS, health sciences, tech, and R&D sectors.
