Job summary

the company Data Platform team is expanding and seeks a Manager II to lead data engineering efforts across our global operations. You will oversee the data lake, analytics infra, and scalable platforms to support petabytes of data, while aligning with product and research goals.

You will mentor engineers, drive strategic roadmaps, and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture as we scale globally and extend our footprint in the US.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 2+ years of technical people management experience.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience with data infrastructure.
• Experience building and deploying large-scale data platform systems with feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Comfortable leading infrastructure development with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data-focused engineers to build and maintain a scalable data platform.
• Drive long-term planning and scalable execution processes.
• Contribute to the data roadmap and AI transformation initiatives.
• Stay updated on new technologies relevant to the company's needs.
