Job summary

Cornerstone Servicing is seeking a highly skilled Data Manager to lead the development and management of our data infrastructure within the Servicing Technology group in Englewood. You will guide dbt-driven transformation workflows, oversee a 7–8 person team, and ensure scalable, reliable data delivery across the organization.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field, 5+ years in data management/engineering, strong SQL and cloud warehouse experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or related field; years may substitute advanced degree.
• 5+ years in data management or engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading a distributed team, onshore and offshore.
• Hands-on dbt and modern data workflows experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift.
• Familiar with Git and workflow orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and ETL workflows with dbt.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of 7–8 data engineers and analysts.
• Oversee databases and data warehouses for performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data infra with business goals.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation standards.
• Establish standards for modeling, testing, and version control.
• Guide ELT implementations and cloud-based data solutions.
• Support data integration and migrations between systems.
