Job summary

TRM Labs seeks an Engineering Manager for the Data Platform team to build scalable data infrastructure and services across blockchain data.

You will lead engineers, coordinate with product, and ensure high availability and sub-second latency for critical queries. Expect ownership of end-to-end data pipelines, architecture decisions, and cross-team collaboration to deliver rapid, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years building distributed system architecture from design to production.
• Strong Python and SQL/SparkSQL skills.
• Experience across data stores, pipelines, and processing tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-impact engineering team with hands-on mentorship.
• Own end-to-end delivery and availability of critical data services.
• Drive outcomes with KPIs and scalable data platforms.
• Collaborate with product and management to plan roadmaps.
• Build reliable data services integrating multiple blockchains.
• Develop petabyte-scale ETL pipelines with real-time processing.
• Design data models for low-latency queries and robust storage.
