Talkiatry is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Data Engineering team responsible for the data platform, Snowflake environment, and orchestration layers. You will partner with analytics and product teams to translate needs into scalable technical plans.

You'll own reliability and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and drive delivery of high-impact data solutions across the business. This role blends leadership with hands-on technical expertise in AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Python, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data engineering experience.
• 2+ years in engineering management.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Python and SQL.
• Experience administering a cloud data warehouse (access, cost control).
• Experience running production services in AWS with containers or serverless.
• Experience with Airflow, monitoring, and incident response.
• CI/CD and automated testing for data pipelines.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering complex software on time.
• Ability to balance business needs with technical excellence.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of engineers on our foundational data processing platform.
• Drive technical strategy and execution across Snowflake, dbt, Python services on AWS (Lambda, ECS), and Airflow orchestration.
• Own the Snowflake environment: access, warehouse configuration, and cost management.
• Own the reliability of these systems: on-call readiness, incident triage, and post-mortems, with escalation to engineering leadership.
• Collaborate with product, business, and other engineering teams to create high impact solutions; work with analytics engineering and DevOps.
• Establish robust engineering practices and technical standards across code review, testing, documentation, and CI/CD.
• Set clear goals, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Mentor team members and foster their professional growth.
• Contribute to Talkiatry’s engineering and management culture.
