McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a senior data engineering leader to steer the design, delivery, and operation of enterprise-scale data platforms powering analytics, BI, AI/ML, and operational decision making.

You will own the data engineering lifecycle from ingestion to governance, partnering with analytics and data science teams to enable scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data products. This hybrid role requires office presence near Temple, TX.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in data engineering or related roles with leadership experience at enterprise scale.
• Proven delivery of cloud data platforms supporting analytics and operational workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, delivery, and operation of enterprise-scale data platforms and data products.
• Own architecture for cloud data lake, lakehouse, and warehouse platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, BigQuery).
• Establish scalable ELT/ETL pipelines and data modeling strategies.
• Deliver domain-oriented data products with clear ownership and SLAs/SLOs.
• Enable advanced analytics and AI use cases across planning, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Lead data governance with cataloging, lineage, and quality frameworks.
