Job summary

Eightfold AI is seeking a seasoned engineer to join its core Data Platform team. You will design, develop, and maintain large-scale distributed systems powering millions of users globally.

Responsibilities include platform architecture, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work across AWS and Azure while focusing on resilience, scalability, and high throughput.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of professional experience building core features of scalable data platform.
• Experience building highly available distributed systems.
• Working experience in high-volume data pipelines, data ingestion and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the core data platform architecture with auto-scaling and fault tolerance.
• Drive scaling, optimization, and innovation of the Data Platform, including caching and query tuning.
• Extend platform capabilities with emerging technologies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features.
• Diagnose and resolve complex problems in distributed systems and support deployment across environments.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Work across AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
