Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in high-performance, high-throughput systems.
• Proficiency with AWS, Python, and the Flask framework.
• Foundational understanding of distributed system design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Analytical, ownership-driven, and able to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of core data platform architecture.
• Drive scaling, optimization, and data processing workflow improvements.
• Research and implement new data processing techniques.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in distributed systems environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Manage cloud stack across AWS and Azure.
