Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos seeks a Core Data Platform Engineer with Java and Spring Batch expertise to build and maintain a metadata engine and backend services. Qualifications

• Expert-level backend development with Java and Spring Batch.
• Experience building metadata engines and data platforms.
• Proficient in AWS cloud services for data workflows.
• Strong SQL skills with RDBMS management.
• ETL experience with Informatica or similar tools.
• Experience in batch job orchestration with enterprise schedulers (e.g., Control-M).
• Snowflake data warehousing and pipeline experience.
• Python skills for data engineering when Java not used.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a custom metadata engine to replace Informatica.
• Develop backend solutions using expert-level Java and Spring Batch framework.
• Utilize AWS cloud services for data engineering workflows.
• Perform complex SQL operations and manage RDBMS databases.
• Leverage ETL experience for data integration processes.
• Integrate and orchestrate batch jobs with enterprise schedulers (e.g., Control-M).
• Work with Snowflake for data warehousing and data pipeline solutions.
• Apply Python skills where applicable.
