Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a data engineer to architect and evolve our data platform that powers ML, robotics, and analytics teams. You will design and extend data models, pipelines, and data products to support experimentation and production models, ensuring clean, reliable, and scalable data assets.

You will work closely with software, ML, and analytics teams, applying strong SQL and Python skills, and leveraging modern data stack tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or similar role, building production pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on with AWS, Snowflake, Dagster, dbt or equivalent modern data stack.
• Solid grasp of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and pipeline orchestration.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver data that informs decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with software, ML, robotics, and analytics teams to turn data needs into well-modeled tables and data products.
• Develop and extend data models and pipelines supporting experimentation, model training, and reporting.
• Model large-scale multi-modal data such as sensor streams and logs.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and improve tests and alerts.
