Job summary

MonticelloAM is seeking a Software Engineer to consolidate data across systems for Trustwell Living, building reporting, dashboards, and internal tools that empower day-to-day decisions. You’ll own data pipelines and the warehouse, delivering reliable data to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, collaborating with executive teams and offshore developers, and delivering production solutions using Python, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and React.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience building and deploying software end to end—from concept through production.
• Strong Python skills across data engineering, backend services, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines and transformations (Airflow, dbt, or similar).
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and SQL.
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end – from business problem to deployed, production solution.
• Design and build data pipelines that consolidate data from multiple systems into a single source of truth.
• Build full-stack internal applications – React front ends on Python APIs, including CRUD tools.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to support day-to-day operations and portfolio decisions.
