Job summary

Dynata приглашает опытного DevOps инженера для построения и поддержки конвейеров данных в рамках enterprise data lakehouse. Вы будете уходить за инфраструктурной автоматизацией, конфигурациями и инструментами эксплуатации, обеспечивая масштабируемость и надежность платформы.

Ваша задача — внедрять управляемые процессы CI/CD, работать с IaC (Terraform/Helm) и Kubernetes, а также поддерживать мониторинг и стоимость. Роль предполагает тесное взаимодействие с командами data engineering и security.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта в DevOps, платформенной инженерии или SRE.
• Глубокие знания Terraform, Helm и Kubernetes.
• Опыт работы с CI/CD платформами: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD или ArgoCD.
• Опыт развёртывания и управления Data Platform в AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Навыки скриптов Bash, Python или Go для автоматизации.
• Опыт контейнеризации, Docker и паттерны микросервисов.
• Знания инструментов мониторинга: Honeycomb, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.
• Степень бакалавра CS/Engineering или эквивалент.

Responsibilities

• Обеспечение SLA через планирование ёмкости и реагирование на инциденты.
• Оценка и внедрение новых DevOps инструментов для повышения продуктивности.

The Data Platform DevOps Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational tooling that powers the enterprise data lakehouse. This role ensures the platform is reliable, scalable, cost-optimized, and continuously delivered with high engineering velocity. - This position is open to candidates currently based in Hungary who have the legal right to live and work in the country. • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data pipeline deployments using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Author and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform and Helm for lakehouse components
• Manage Kubernetes clusters for orchestration workloads (Airflow, Spark operators, DataHub)
• Implement platform observability: logging, metrics, and alerting using Honeycomb and OpenTelemetry
• Automate environment provisioning for development, staging, and production data platform environments
• Collaborate with data engineering and security teams to enforce policy-as-code and configuration standards
• Manage cloud cost optimization strategies including spot instance usage, auto-scaling, and resource rightsizing
• Develop runbooks, SOP documentation, and on-call playbooks for platform operations
• Drive SLA compliance through proactive capacity planning and incident response
• Evaluate and introduce new DevOps tooling to improve platform engineering productivity

Требования:

• 3+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE roles
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE)
• Experience with CI/CD platforms: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD
• Hands‑on experience deploying and managing data platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in scripting: Bash, Python, or Go for automation
• Experience with container orchestration, Docker, and microservices deployment patterns
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools: HoneyComb, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Databricks Terraform provider or Snowflake deployment automation
• Knowledge of GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or Flux
• Certifications: CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), AWS DevOps Professional, HashiCorp Terraform
