Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Consultant specializing in Data for its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.

You will design and implement modern data platforms, architect data pipelines, and develop enterprise knowledge graphs to enable AI-ready data assets in regulated environments. Role involves ~50% on-site co-location with AWS and customer teams in the U.S., with a focus on HIPAA, GxP compliance, and data governance across complex data estates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud data architecture and implementation.
• Experience building production-grade data pipelines.
• Experience with data lakes, lakehouses, mesh, and zero-ETL patterns.
• Experience with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GxP).
• Experience designing ontologies and knowledge graphs for enterprise use.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade data pipelines, data lakes, lakehouses, and data mesh architectures.
• Build data products serving multiple downstream applications, incl. AI/ML and agentic AI systems.
• Operate autonomously in fast-paced delivery engagements with evolving requirements.
• Navigate data access, security, and privacy requirements in regulated environments.
• Architect knowledge layers using ontologies and knowledge graphs to aid AI reasoning.
