Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of technical business analysis experience.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical delivery teams translating concepts into language easily understood by both parties.
• Develop a fundamental understanding of your team's technical systems and stakeholder processes.
• Elicit user and technical requirements for new initiatives and ad hoc requests from multiple internal business practices.
• Refine business requirements into detailed technical requirements and acceptance criteria for data pipelines, platform capabilities, and governance tooling.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to align requirements with platform standards, data mesh principles, and compliance needs.
• Support design of CI/CD pipelines, observability practices, and data transformation workflows.
• Ensure requirements support data-as-a-product and platform-as-a-product principles (scalability, reusability, security, compliance).
• Ensure projects stay on track towards deliverable commitments, occasionally completing trade-off analysis to influence product decisions.
• Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
