Qualifications

• The preferred candidate is a current undergraduate or graduate student in relevant fields.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and editing skills are required.
• Ability to organize, interpret, and communicate complex information with attention to data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with BI or visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing data to identify trends, outcomes, and gaps.
• Develop performance measures and a consistent framework for impact.
• Maintain public-facing and internal dashboards.
• Create charts, visuals, and reports for residents and policymakers.
• Quantify fiscal impacts and evaluate programs for improvements.
• Research benchmarking with comparable communities.
