• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, data operations, or data engineering roles.
• Proven experience managing large, diverse datasets including clinical and imaging data.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Databricks, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, processes, and infrastructure for secure, scalable data use across the product development lifecycle.
• Oversee data ingestion, transfer, cataloging, governance, standardization, quality, and accessibility efforts.
• Partner with R&D engineers, clinical teams, IT, cloud organizations, and external vendors to ensure data readiness and integrity.
• Design and maintain data architecture, metadata standards, and data models supporting cardiac mapping, imaging, and clinical datasets.
• Implement tools and platforms supporting data cataloging, lineage, version control, and AI/ML workflows to accelerate innovation.
