Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in customer service, operations, tech support, data collection, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high productivity.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection according to SOPs and quality standards.
• Ensure participant interactions are professional and customer-focused.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality throughout collection.
• Follow security, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
• Monitor schedules and support efficient participant transitions to maintain throughput.
• Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, network, and Mac OS issues.
• Escalate operational, technical, safety, or participant concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment.
• Document activities, incidents, and operational findings accurately.
• Support continuous improvement and provide feedback on processes.
