Kharon in Washington D.C. is seeking a full-time, in-office Research Analyst, Data Operations with working proficiency in Mandarin to join our team.

You will research sanctions, export controls and security-related data, build datasets, write code to collect primary data, and collaborate with the Research team to surface insights for clients.

This role requires in-office attendance and offers a compensation range of $68,000–$78,000 per year, with benefits and a path to growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as International Relations, Security Studies, or Business.
• Experience with sanctions, export controls, AML or CTF.
• Reading proficiency in Mandarin.
