Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Analyst to perform basic analysis and ensure that recommendations are backed by data research and findings. This role sits in the Data Science & Analytics function and contributes to business intelligence by reviewing data, building reports, and supporting data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating data aggregation, developing pipelines, and presenting a clear data story to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• MCSE and CNE certification preferred.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using existing BI and reporting apps.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis of structured/unstructured data to reflect markets and assets.
• Assist with developing data structures and pipelines to organize, cleanse, and standardize information.
• Define basic data requirements and gather information using judgment and tests.
• Use programming and evaluation tools to plan models and extract insights.
• Apply modeling and optimization methods to improve business performance.
• Develop ad-hoc reporting based on existing data sources.
• Present a clear data story to a business line.
