Job summary

GetInsured is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Dallas. You will own and optimize day-to-day data operations, automate ETL tasks, and work with clients to ensure accurate data transfer and integration across platforms.

You will use SSIS, SQL, Python, and PowerShell to build data solutions, diagnose issues, and document processes, collaborating with engineering and IT to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technical and execution experience in data operations or data management with ETL.
• Advanced knowledge of relational database development and maintenance, including SSIS, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience with Python to process data in CSV and XLSX formats.
• Experience using PowerShell to automate tasks.
• Excellent analysis and data logic skills.
• Ability to collaborate and engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and timelines with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and anticipation of future issues.

Responsibilities

• Own, improve, and automate assigned data operations tasks using SSIS, PowerShell, SQL scripts, and stored procedures.
• Integrate data synchronization with third-party vendors and maintain related scripts.
• Coordinate data updates between our platform and client systems, resolving data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with clients on data transfer, file layout, extraction, and delivery requirements.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve technical data issues independently or with the team.
• Perform root cause analysis and present findings with proposed solutions.
• Develop scripts to process data for business analysis, benchmarking, and optimization.
• Work with engineering and IT to identify and validate ongoing improvements.
