Job summary

Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to establish and enforce enterprise-wide data standards, ensuring data is accurate, secure, and accessible.

You will lead initiatives to improve data quality and governance while partnering with business leaders and technology teams. Responsibilities include monitoring data pipelines, incident response, automation of tasks, collaboration with Banker Success, Product, and Engineering, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industry experience, with a preference towards operational and / or research roles.
• Strong financial and computer skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong interest in operations, investment banking, accounting, or consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring and management of Data Operations pipelines, focusing on cleansing and reviewing corporate structures and company level data.
• Lead response to data-related user questions, from triage to root cause analysis and post-mortem.
• Build understanding of company data and how the firm captures, cleans and utilizes it to support process improvement.
• Drive automation of operational tasks, including process / system deployments and data validation.
• Partner with Banker Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities for improvement across the business and partner with other groups to enhance reliability and efficiency of internal processes.
