Job summary

AIG in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Analyst for the Data Office as part of DOAP, a 24-month data and analytics rotation program. You will develop business insights and work with senior leaders to learn the insurance industry while rotating through technical foundations, data management, governance and BI delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM major or STEM coursework completed by June 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Business Data Analysis: understand needs, gather and analyze data to deliver insights.
• Business Intelligence Delivery: develop reporting and visualizations with BI tools.
• Data Architecture: participate in design and data model concepts.
• Data Engineering: build data pipelines using modern cloud-based tech.
• Data Management and Governance: support governance across data lifecycle.
