Job summary

AIG's Data Office offers an Analyst rotation to learn data engineering in a real-world setting, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure data solutions that empower analytics and decision making.

From day one you will build data pipelines, practice modern deployment and tooling, and gain exposure to senior leaders, mentoring circles, and on-the-job experiences during the July 26, 2027 start window, with in-person office work four days per week.

Qualifications

• Early Careers program for students/recent graduates within one year of degree
• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM or related coursework with relevant majors
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines and data architectures to enable analytics and business insights
• Collaborate with business/tech teams to ensure data quality, security and usability
• Leverage cloud-based technologies and modern deployment practices to support data needs
