Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices.
• Active or must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to ServiceNow tickets related to network incidents.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of network issues.
• Coordinate with OCIO staff for ticket updates and closure.
