Archer, in collaboration with Accenture Flex, seeks an experienced delivery lead to manage end-to-end project delivery onsite in New Jersey. The role focuses on meeting contractual and financial commitments, optimizing delivery, and collaborating across teams to drive value for Accenture's clients.

The candidate will apply Databricks SQL, Snowflake, Python, and SQL to design and optimize data solutions, mentor teams, and lead risk management while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading end to end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational contractual and financial commitments.
• Ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow on work through up selling or cross selling.
• Subject matter expert in collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and achieve project milestones.
• Analyze delivery metrics and provide insights to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
• Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
• This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, NJ*.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with advanced proficiency in Databricks SQL
• Associate Degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake Platform
• Advanced proficiency in Python Programming Language, Data Modeling and Structured Query Language SQL
