Key responsibilities include building conceptual, logical, and physical models, leveraging IBM IDA (InfoSphere Data Architect), and collaborating with data engineers to deploy models in Azure and Databricks environments.

Qualifications

• Creates conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support analytics and application design.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize data models for the data warehouse.
• Design data models using IBM IDA (InfoSphere Data Architect).
• Ensure data models are scalable and performant and align with data strategy.
• Collaborate with data engineers to implement models in Azure and Databricks.
• Translate business requirements into models and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Participate in data architecture discussions to follow best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data models, data flows, and DB specs.
• Work with stakeholders to support analytics, reporting, and data integration.
• Perform impact analysis of model changes and coordinate downstream effects.
• Continuously optimize data models for performance and accessibility.
