Job summary

BluFeather Solutions seeks a Data Modeler with Commercial Life Sciences experience to support enterprise data initiatives on Databricks. You will design schemas and data models that enable robust analytics and scalable data pipelines.

Key strengths include SQL, Databricks/Delta Lake, and deep knowledge of IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva CRM, HCP/HCO, specialty pharmacy and payer data to support analytics across commercial life sciences domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data modeling experience.
• Strong commercial pharma/life sciences domain knowledge.
• SQL (5+ years) – Expert ability with enterprise, dimensional, and canonical data modeling techniques.
• Databricks & Delta Lake (3+ years) – Hands-on experience designing schemas for Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Commercial Life Sciences Data (3+ years) – Deep knowledge of IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva CRM, HCP/HCO reference data, Specialty Pharmacy/Patient Hub feeds, and Payer/Formulary datasets.
