Job summary

eNcloud Services is seeking a Data Migration Test Analyst to support enterprise migrations into Snowflake within an Azure ecosystem. The role focuses on validating accuracy, completeness, integrity, and transformation of data as it moves from legacy systems to modern cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with data validation, ETL/ELT validation, reconciliation, SQL analysis, and automated testing. Alteryx is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in data validation, ETL/ELT validation, and source-to-target reconciliation.
• Proficient in SQL analysis and enterprise reporting validation for migrations.
• Experience with automated testing methodologies; Alteryx preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end data migration and modernization tests.
• Validate data transformations, mappings, and business rules between sources and Snowflake.
• Perform source-to-target reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Develop and run SQL-based validation scripts on large datasets.
• Create and maintain test cases, plans, and evidence templates.
• Validate ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion processes.
• Develop automated data validation scripts and reusable frameworks.
• Investigate data anomalies and reconciliation exceptions.
• Support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Conduct data profiling and data quality assessments.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers/Architects/POs/BD analysts to fix issues.
• Develop data quality metrics and dashboards to measure migration success.
• Validate reporting outputs migrated to Snowflake.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and defect triage.
• Document defects with root-cause analysis and test results.

• Validate reporting and analytics outputs migrated from legacy platforms into Snowflake.
