- Ability to create repeatable, documented processes that scale across acquisitions and environments.
- Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting habits (validation reports, migration logs, dashboards).
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with business and project leaders and other impacted departments, and coordinates efforts across stakeholder groups in assisting to set goals and expectations
- Use tools to setup and run migrations and post migration reporting: scan and report on the environment using existing automated scripts
- Gather post migration feedback
- Interpret reports to suggest organization of data for optimum performance, security and usability and work with business managers to agree a final outline, ensuring compliance with the Digital Media and other guidelines
- Working with project team and business units to confirm migration plan, manage preparation timing, re-syncing data and final cutovers
- Assist pre and post migration with any issues and best practices (remediating and re-organizing data, removing duplicates and stale data)
- Work with Communication and User Experience teams on feedback and to inform best practice
- Update support documentation for post migration support teams
- Actively suggest updates to streamline the migration process
- Manage ongoing requests and support tickets
- Work internationally to support migrations out of hours: e.g. Europe (morning) and Asia (afternoon)
- Working with team members by updating team Monday boards, SharePoint hosted files, etc.
- Working with the Ci Media and other partners to coordinate migrations for the optimum user experience
- Archive of data as necessary
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Technology or relevant field, or equivalent combination of skills and experience
- Microsoft or IT Certification(s) preferred
