Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to join our Atlanta team. You will translate and load data from client sources into the CoStar Real Estate Manager system, validate conversions, and troubleshoot migrated data.

This role requires strong client communication and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks. In addition to data migration, you will support SQL development for client integrations and collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure accurate data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of consulting experience and involvement with data-related projects.
• SQL: create/maintain queries, views, and stored procedures in a multi-database environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, written and verbal skills.
• Ability to interface with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to complete data mapping requirements.
• Articulate data issues and seek clarifications as needed.
• Build data queries and manage load processes through the CoStar ETL tool.
• Troubleshoot migrated data and validate data conversions.
• Train customers on ETL product usage and update loaded data.
• Support SQL development resources for client integrations.
