Position Title: Data Migration Architect

Position Location: 10856 Reed Hartman Highway, Cincinnati, OH, 45242

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance on data design, data migration strategy, data tools, and data governance on implementation projects and internal data teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects.
• Provide project management support during SAP implementation activities for all data migration phases (early engagement through hypercare).
• Review legacy and future system landscapes and advise on tools and methodologies for data migration.
• Drive planning, execution, and tracking of data migration deliverables to ensure alignment with SAP implementation activities (requirements gathering, scope confirmation, design lock, solution build, test, training, deployment, and hypercare).
• Continuously evaluate and drive improvements to processes, platforms, tools, and related technologies.
• Provide necessary trainings to communicate changes and measure outcomes.
• Provide guidance and expertise on data governance tools and processes.
• Requires up to 100% travel. Multiple positions available. May work remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Expertise with SAP Data Architecture, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Master Data Management (MDM), and S/4HANA Cloud.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and developing master data solutions for SAP Business Transformation programs.
• Extensive knowledge on the impact of master data on transactional processing and reporting.
• Proven ability to represent point of view, make recommendations, and discuss technical information with business users in business language.
• Requires up to 100% travel. May work remotely.

Compensation

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $139,027 - $187,100. The exact compensation will be determined by factors including organizational needs and the candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
