• Experience integrating and analyzing survey responses to develop trends and reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Access, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Develop metrics for Maintenance Training, including schedule execution, student critique response analysis and trending.
• Provide recommendations for class schedule adjustments, curriculum adjustments, and process improvements.
• Present findings to support program reviews and staff knowledge sharing.
