Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Marketplace.
• Lead prioritization of data product onboarding into the marketplace.
• Partner with data product owners, governance peers, and executives to define standards.
• Oversee evaluation of data product candidates for marketplace readiness.
• Drive alignment with cataloging, glossary standards, and governance policies.
• Establish operating rhythms, OKRs, reporting, and visibility for leadership.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Identify automation and platform innovations to scale the marketplace.
• Represent the Data Marketplace with senior stakeholders and drive business impact.
