Responsibilities
- Perform data manipulation, cleansing, and standardization functions to ensure data validation and quality
- Analyze data using independent judgment to determine the best processing methodologies
- Create disruption reporting by combining business knowledge with data visualization and technical skills
- Conduct data quality audits and peer reviews to ensure accuracy in reporting results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analytic support related to disruption methodology logic and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with healthcare analytics is highly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Strong attention to detail with experience in data or reporting analytics
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large data sets
- Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment
